John Hancock Observatory isn’t the highest viewing platform in Chicago, so we planned to make it the best over-all experience. Everything about the brand and the observatory was redesigned with that goal in mind. To reach international and local tourists, we created a new website that heightened the sense of excitement and emotion, and provided a functional tool that consumers, tour operators and trade professionals could use to download information and purchase tickets online.
